During his time working here in The Four Courts, Christian produced the most wonderful food for our customers. He is imaginative with an amazing knowledge of all the great classic dishes. Not only did Christian always ensure that only food of the highest standard was served but his warm enthusiastic personality brought the rest of our team to a new level. His natural zest for life is contagious and has a very positive effect on those lucky enough to work with him.

Christian and his fabulous team prepared and served all the gorgeous food at our wedding on our home farm. It was a DIY wedding that was a little different. Christian's relaxed presence and can-do attitude gave us great comfort from the get-go that we had the right man for our alternative wedding. From the very beginning, we had such high hopes and expectations for the food at our wedding and we can safely say that Christian put us at ease from the beginning and more than delivered on the day.

We had a 5 course dining meal to celebrate a special family occasion. Without a doubt we were all blown away by the food, the flavours, and the presentation of the entire meal. One of our guests had specific dietary requirements that were more than catered for, and their meal was not compromised in any way. Christian himself was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with at all times.

Christian catered for my sister's 60th birthday last weekend. I found his services in an online search and from my first contact with him, his service was top class. There were only 14 of us, but the menu brief included 3 coeliacs, 2 non-meat eaters and 1 non-poultry eater, but Christian managed to come up with a delicious menu that catered for all the requirements. I honestly can't tell you when the entire family sat down to the same meal!!!

It is very hard to do justice to the sheer brilliance of Christian and Hannah who catered a celebration over 3 days in our home. In my job I have worked with many chefs and catering companies and none can even begin to match the professionalism, creativity and flexibility that Christian and Hannah provided. We were all absolutely blown away by the exquisite food, fantastic presentation and the calm with which they delivered flawlessly beautiful feats over and over again.
